i just saw robin guthrie and harold budd perform together last weekend at the decibel festival in seattle
it was divinely dreamy and beautiful sweet and lush and SUPER mellow
at the start of robins solo set he was having technical difficulties and was being so cute about it, he even asked out to the audience if anyone from microsoft was in the house.
then harold budd did a solo set /so beautiful, he even did a little of his poetry
and then they did a set together
and for some reason i was the only person dancing in the whole hall, everyone else sat in their seats, EVERYONE......
that is just so strange to me, i guess it was just too mellow for most folks dancing tastes
but I love super slow medatative dancing
anyhow, i just thought i would report.............
